My dear friend, avoid all connection with the worship of false gods or idols (1 Cor. 10:14) that provokes the Lord to jealousy (1 Cor. 10:22).
This is one of the dangers to which you are exposed in the world today, that have a tendency to lead you into sin. Indeed, God is faithful but he has not promised to keep us from falling, if we do not look to ourselves.
Instead, he gave us a freewill to choose and take what is good , and avoid evil such as idolatrous practices. Others have fallen, and so may we.
What is comforting and true is the fact that God never allows any burden beyond your strength. He knows what you can bear and he will lead you to overcome it.
Jealousy is always overcome by Faithfulness.
If you are faithful to your spouse, there is no room for jealousy. Same thing true with the Lord, if you are faithful to him, he will not be provoked to jealousy.
He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son (Rev. 21:7). To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne (Rev. 3:21).
